Darwish Abdulla Al Qubaisi , General Manager of Esnaad company, crowned players Magsoud Ahmed and Morgan Tyson and Follett de Silva and Louis Djiroda as winners of golf seventh Championship played on the Yas Links courts at Yas Island .
About 140 players participated in the annual tournament, including 40 children. This year Championship, was the first to be held in coincidence with state ceremonies of the occasion of the National Day under the auspices of the award and the Union of the game.
Many players compete in the championship of this year and were divided into groups. First group winninners include Magsoud Ahmad and Morgan Tyson and Wolfat de Silva and Louay Djiroda with 88 points and second place winners are Bilal Blade and Callum Mackay and Gustav Bntado and Abdullah Alqbouapsa Ahilthm scoring 85 points. Players Emmanuel Awstejk and Gamal Sahl and Hamid Nour Al Mazrui and Mousavi came on the. third place after strong competition enabled them to score 85 points .
The tournament this year has seen a huge influx of kids, where 40 gifted children have participated in this year games and added enthusiasm for the tournament , both with players and the public who attended the follow-up . A number of kids won the first place Mahmoud Sakic and Rise Xwell and have made 37 points. The second place went for players Edvaa Muhendra and Jack Xwell with 37 points and Khalid Al-Mutawa and Linnaeus Skwart on the third place with also 37 points.
On this occasion Al Qubaisi, has praised the company’s efforts those have been made to ensure the success of this year ceremony that held in a different manner to coincide with the celebrations of the country ’s 42nd National Day. He also praised the morale that characterized the players for the success of this tournament . On this occasion, the general manager has expressed his deepest congratulations and blessings to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may God protect him and to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime minster and Ruler of Dubai and their brethren, members of the Supreme Council of Rulers of the Emirates and to HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. He also thanked and appreciated the efforts being exerted by the Union of the game to ensure the success of the tournament. At the end of the ceremony Al Qubaisi, has crowned the winners of first places in all categories and presented prizes to the winners of other places.
