Carluccio’s has launched its first outlet in Abu Dhabi, at The Galleria in Sowwah Square.

At just over 3,000 sqft, the outlet offers breakfast, lunch and dinner plus delicious coffees and snacks. It also has a deli area, with a wide range of specialty foods imported from Italy. Takeaway and delivery services are also available from Carluccio’s The Galleria.

Abu Dhabi residents can choose from a tantilising menu of Italian delicacies including stuffed mushrooms, crispy smoked mozzarella, pasta con funghi, lobster lasagne, berry tiramisu and white chocolate panna cotta. Carluccio’s outlets in the UAE also serve delicious, crisp pizzas, unlike its counterparts in the UK.

Over the festive season, Carluccio’s The Galleria offers a two course Christmas meal for AED 84 and a three course option for AED 99. There is also an impressive selection of Christmas gifts and food items.

Duncan Muir, senior business manager for Carluccio’s, comments: “We’ve been looking to launch Carluccio’s in Abu Dhabi for a while now as we’ve had a lot of positive feedback about the food and atmosphere from visitors to our Dubai restaurants and we knew that Abu Dhabi residents would appreciate the great food and atmosphere that Carluccio’s is known for. Our location in The Galleria is perfect for local businesses and shoppers who need a quick coffee or a complete meal.”

Carluccio’s The Galleria is located in the North Café Terrace of The Galleria and can be reached on 02 677 126. It is open from 9am – 12 midnight daily.

Billed as Abu Dhabi’s new luxury shopping and dining destination, The Galleria opened earlier this year as part of the Sowwah Square development on Al Maryah Island.

This launch brings the total number of Carluccio’s outlets in the UAE to six, with more expected to launch in Abu Dhabi in early 2014
