The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, represented by the UAE Search and Rescue Team, has signed a cooperation agreement with Royal Jet that will facilitate air transport and medical evacuation services. The agreement was signed on Sunday at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
The signing ceremony was attended by Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations; Mohamed Ibrahim Al Mazroui, Royal Jet board member; Nasser Al Dhaheri, Director of Protocol at Royal Jet; Sean O’Hair, Executive Director of Royal Jet; and Lt. Colonel Mohammad Ibrahim Al Ameri, Director of Emergency and Public Safety Department at Abu Dhabi Police.
The agreement was signed by Lt. Colonel Mohammed Abdul Jalil Al Ansari, Head of the UAE Search and Rescue Team, and Fahad Wali, Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Jet.
The agreement includes a number of clauses, including a clause that will provide the UAE’s search and rescue team with transportation services for their missions around the world, including those responding to natural disasters.
Royal Jet has extensive experience in transporting patients and injured people, as it has dealt with 1,650 of these cases over the past ten years.
