On New Year’s Eve, Aquawill offer a luxurious sharing menu with a selection of antipasti, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts, paired with Italian grapes and a glass of celebratory French bubbly at the strike of midnight. On Christmas Eve, Catalan, Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s fine dining Catalonian restaurant, will offer an epicurean seven-course menu of fine Catalonian cuisine. Price: AED 1,000++ including four different types of the finest Spanish grape.
On New Year’s Eve, Catalan will offer a seven-course gourmet menu comprising delicacies such as the Foiegras and smoked salmon terrine and Crispy oysters with avocado chutney and grapefruit mousse, complemented by festive Spanish beverages and midnight celebratory bubbly at Glo. Following dinner, guests can enjoythe New Year’s Night at Glo, Rosewood’s glamorous open-air lounge. Price: AED 1,400++ per person.
Sambusek
Sambusek, the glamorous Lebanese cuisine restaurant that offers a true Levantine experience, will offer a delectable set menu on Christmas Eve. Price: AED 700++ per person including French bubbly and AED 500++ per person including soft drinks, mocktails and juices.
On New Year’s Eve, Sambusekwill offer a lavish set-menu consisting of a selection of delicious hot and cold mezzeh, traditional main courses, and desserts, paired with Lebanese beverages and French bubbly.Following dinner, guests can move to Glo to enjoy a glamorous open-air New Year’s party.
