Tilal Liwa Hotel, located in the majestic Rub Al Khali Desert, has recently participated in the 6th Al Gharbia Career Fair 2013 held on 10th and 11th November in Madinat Zayed, and 13th and 14th November, in Ruwais city at Al Gharbia Higher Colleges of Technology. The fair attracted 27 different participants from various educational institutions, as well as governmental and private entities across UAE.

Based on the initiative of the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (ADTCA) to strengthen the entry of Emiratis in the private tourism sector, the team from Tilal Liwa Hotel showcased the property as a premier touristic attraction in the Al Gharbia region and the UAE, one that attracts hundreds of thousands visitors per year.

In addition, the Tilal Liwa Hotel professionals highlighted the unique and diverse services and interactive experiences offered at the hotel, aiming to introduce the Emiratis to the hospitality industry and allow them to look for more challenges that will enable them to be part of the overall economic prosperity and development of the region.

As part of its strategy to feature the private tourism sector to young Emiratis, Tilal Liwa Hotel has offered summer training and internship programs that were designed to work with local universities to source, train, and graduate UAE National interns, from all the different divisions within the hotel.
