In an effort to offer an unparalleled shopping experience, Abu Dhabi Airports is currently expanding the range of customer services offered in its Skypark Plaza located immediately beside Terminal 3 at Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH).

To best cater to the growing number of passengers at Abu Dhabi International Airport each month, and to attract customers from the communities surrounding the airport, Abu Dhabi Airports has issued a Request for Proposal inviting new tenants to provide additional servicesand retail options including: spa services, gifts/souvenirs, optical services, hair dressing services, and fashion and accessories.

Skypark Plaza will add five store fronts in various sizes in its location near the Terminal 3 car park which is easily accessible to the high traffic of passengers and nearby residents.

Mohammed Al Bulooki, Chief Commercial Officer of Abu Dhabi Airports,said: “With over 7.9 million passengers traveling through the airport in the first six months of 2013 alone, Abu Dhabi International Airport is the ideal location for local and global retailers looking to grow their businesses and build their brand. The creation of the additional space is also in recognition of the needs of the surrounding neighborhoods and business community, and its market potential.”

Retail space has also been reserved for the Khalifa Fund for Development, enabling them to provide support and retail space to Emirati entrepreneurs.
