Al Ain Zootoday unveiledattractions from the two-month summer break refurbishments, aimed at enhancing visitor experiences. The new Flamingo Café and entrance is part of a series ofupgrades designed to offer visitors additional entertaining and interactive educational activities, which will be unveiled over the coming months.

Located at the main entrance, the Flamingo Café recently opened as part of the refurbishments, giving the visitors the opportunity to unwindwith a pristine view of the celebrated flamingo lake, a key attraction at the zoo. Guests at the Flamingo Café can indulge inauthentic favourites and a wide variety of refreshments, taking in the scenic lake and animated fountains nearby.

As a focal point for guests, the upgraded main entrance boasts an array of conveniently situated services nearby, including the Ahlan Lounge for VIP card-holders, the Oryx shop for gifts and souvenirs, the photography studio and transportation facilities.The redesigned main gate further caters to visitors with special needs, including those with strollers.

The recent refurbishments are a reinforcement of Al Ain Zoo’s role as a prominent destination and tourist attraction in the UAE for more than 44 years, showcasing the zoo’s commitment to creating the most positive experience for its visitors. Also part of the enhancements is shaded walkways from the main entrance, which lead to the new Cat House exhibit.
