Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, the 3rd Biennial Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Update in collaboration with SEHA Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services & Cleveland Clinic was inaugurated at the Jumeirah Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates early this morning.
The two-day conference promises an exceptionally stimulating and informative scientific event with a scientific program specially designed to reveal several new developments within the field. The conference will run from the 27th until 28th September 2013 and will focus on the areas of Laboratory Management, Quality, Efficiency, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, Transfusion Medicine, Clinical Chemistry, and Molecular Diagnostics. The Robert J. Tomsich Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Institute - Cleveland Clinic USA will be collaborating with SEHA Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services speakers on this important conference.
Dr.Laila Osama Abdel Wareth, the Chair of the Conference and the Chief Medical Officer of SEHA Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services, said, “We are looking forward to learning, exchanging ideas and knowledge with our esteemed colleagues from Cleveland Clinic aboutconsolidating laboratory services and improving operational efficiency and quality.
