Al Ain Police Delivers A Lecture About "Skills To Handle Customers"

The Al Ain Police Directorate held an educational and awareness-raising lecture titled “Skills to Handle Customers” for security personnel at the Al Ain Hospital. The lecture was delivered in the hospital’s conference room.

Lieutenant Saeed Al Mur Al Badi, Social Affairs and Guidance Branch Manager at the Directorate’s Public Relations Section, indicated the main axes in dealing with customers in his lecture. He emphasized the importance of knowing the basic rules in the field of service delivery stating that the customer is always right and that excellence is providing integrated services to customers.

Lieutenant Al Badi pointed out the weaknesses of security employees’ behavior, such as rudeness and carelessness, when dealing with clients. He urged employees to be subtle and tactful when dealing with them. He also shed light on obstacles against communication with clients and explained how to deal with them in difficult situations.

The lecture was attended by Lt. Colonel Farhan Saeed Hamoud Al Otaibi from the Al Ain Police Directorate, employees from the Social Affairs and Guidance Branch of the Directorate’s Public Relations Section, and a number of security advisors, staff, and doctors from the Al Ain Hospital.
