Emirates Industry for Camel Milk and Products (EICMP), UAE-based producer of the camel milk brand Camelicious,announces its participation in the 14th edition of the Expo-Sciences International, held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, Minister of Presidential Affairs in Abu Dhabi. The capital has been chosen to host the expo event, for the first time in UAE history from 15th to 17th September 2013. In support of local education, EICMP will be present at the event as ‘Silver Sponsors’.
Participants and visitors of the science fair will be able to visit the EICMP stand to learn more about the benefits of camel milk and the scientific procedures related to camel milk production.

As the pioneer in commercialized camel milk production and a leading force in the research of camel milk, it is important for EICMP to expose young minds to the unique attributes and potential of this extraordinary material. In addition to camel milk being low in fat and high in vitamin C, current studies also suggest thatcamel milk might have positive effects on patients with Diabetes Type II, Hepatitis and autoimmune diseases.EICMP therefore strongly supports further research in the field of health and beauty.

EICMP has continuously shown their support for education by sponsoring Master and PhD students for their researches on camels’ health, safety, breeding and welfare as well as camel milk products. In its ongoing educational outreach program, EICMP opens its doors for universities and school visits, hoping to ignite curiosity in the field of camel milk research.

By participating in this event, EICMP hopes to inspire international students as well as local ones to be pioneers in research, in whatever field they are interested in.
