Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel has launched a unique cheese and chocolate festival as part of an ongoing drive to attract visitors seeking to enjoy traditional cuisine.
The festival is being held at the famous classical high-end Italian Boccaccio restaurant, which receives visitors every day from 7.00 pm till midnight so they will enjoy the Italian cuisine and beverages .
Boccaccio is offering Italian dishes and appetizers, especially fresh cheese and chocolate imported from Italy to be served within the corridors of the restaurant and on the terrace overlooking the yacht marina.
Chef Danny Qattar, an award-winning executive chef for the 2013 Culinary Festival in Abu Dhabi, said the festival is designed to meet the wishes of the guests of different nationalities to enjoy the best cheese, chocolate and beverages from Italy.
“The main features of this restaurant is the quality of Italian dishes and its wonderful view on the yacht marina beach with clear blue water that allows guests to enjoy the best cuisine which satisfies all tastes….through this festival, which was launched at the start of September, we aim to satisfy all tastes in order to maintain the excellence and quality at the same time.”
Chef Qattar manages seven restaurants at Abu Dhabi Intercontinental, offering cuisine from around the world including Belgium, Brazil, Thailand, Japan and Italy.
