Al Ain Zoo Celebrates Eid Al Fitr With Exciting Activities

Zoo to offer a ’Eidiya’ for the first time: a free ticket for every visitor to enjoy on his or her next visit

 

On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, Al Ain Zoo will be welcoming guests to enjoy an exciting array of performances and activities for an unforgettable zoo holiday experience.Visitors can enjoy these events throughout all days of the Eid holiday, from 10am to 10pm on the first three days of Eid, and from 10am to 8pm on the fourth and final day.

Al Ain Zoo will be presentingaEidiyafor all visitors – a gift traditionally offered on the occasion of Eid – with every visitor being treated to a complimentary entrance ticket for his or her next visit. Guests will be greeted with true Emirati hospitality, with hosts offering coffee, tea, dates and halwa, andauthenticEmirati cuisine will also be available. With activities planned for the entire family, visitors can take in performances of the traditional Emirati dance Harbeya, or enjoyarts & crafts, henna, painting,anda zoo characters presentation after the parrot show.The zoo will also welcome visitors to enjoy a puppet show three times daily during the Eid holiday.

The zoo is located on the UAE-Oman border and is a short drive from Dubai and the UAE’s capital, Abu Dhabi. With the majestic Jebel Hafeet and the rich expanse of Green Mubazzarah as its backdrop, Al Ain Zoo is one of the city’s leading attractions.

The regular Summer Breakhours will resume after the Eid holidays, opening from Thursday to Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.
