The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs organized a lecture under the title"Be positive”, to enhance positive skills development in its employees and thereby help them work as a team and achieve the strategic objectives of the ministry.

The lecture was attended by His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs,H.E. Sami Bin Adi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Sector, departmental managers and ministry staff.

“The Ministry is keen to strengthen communication with all employees, and seeks to provide them withvariousskills.This lecture will improve the work environment in a positive way and contribute to enhance employee performance,” His Excellency Tariq HilalLootah said.

Stating that the ministry seeks to achieve its strategic objectives by encouraging the communication between the employees,H.E. Lootah said,“The ministry’s employees havea high sense of responsibility which enables the ministry to attainexcellent results and make great achievements.”

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Aisha HamadounAl Naqbi,specialist psychologistand guiding academic at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah and member of the curriculum development committee in the UAE. Itfocused on the importance of absorbing the anger of others, share excellent relations,increase positive energy, motivate others and find their strengthsand weaknesses.
