Etisalat announced its support for Abu Dhabi Awards 2013, which recognizes those who have made a real difference to society in Abu Dhabi.

The Abu Dhabi Awards has entered its final days of the nomination campaign, in which nominations are being accepted until May 31st.

Citizens and residents are encouraged to nominate people who have contributed in supporting and benefiting the community regardless of age, nationality or gender. Since 2005, 56 recipients have been recognized and presented this prestigious award. The award ceremony is scheduled to be held in December 2013.
Ahmed AlHashmi, Senior Vice President of Brand and Communication of Etisalat said: “There are many who have contributed to the community selflessly. These individuals have been able to inspire others. Abu Dhabi Award 2013 is a testament to the understanding and appreciation of their efforts which has brought progress to all parts of the society.

Public nomination dropboxes are in place across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in locations such as shopping malls and corporate offices with online nominations also taking off this year at www.abudhabiawards.ae
