Vibrant is the middle name of the colourful Russian culture. The Russian culture encompasses centuries of Russian history, literature, philosophy, art, attitude, architecture and much more. Russian culture is a major draw for tourists and a point of pride for the Russians themselves.
Eton Institute’s Russian Cultural Evening will give participants an insight on its intriguing culture. From stunning visuals to extravagant religious symbols and vibrant folk costumes, the event will showcase Russia in all its glory.
“There are many interesting facts about Russia that few people know, such as Russia celebrates New Year twice a year and it is the only state in the world or territory which has 12 seas. Russia has always been interesting for world travellers and language enthusiasts alike due to its wide reach. The cultural event will showcase and familiarise individuals with the different aspects of Russian culture, such as the Russian flag, significance of the Matryoshka dolls and traditional Russian cuisine,” commented Vanessa Reyes, Coordinator at Eton Institute.
The Russian Cultural Evening will take place on the 30th of May 2013 from 7.00pm to 8.30pm at the Abu Dhabi branch of Eton Institute.
