Starting Thursday, April 18 until Saturday, April 27, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi celebrates the traditions of Thailand at Sontaya, the Southeast Asian restaurant. Adding to the celebrations, guests dining during the festival will get a chance to win 3-nights stay at The St. Regis Bangkok as well as tickets for 2 persons from Etihad Airways.

During the 10-day festival, every evening experience the renowned Thai hospitality and culture with the traditional art of puppetry from Thailand’s famed Joe Louis Theatre and delectable specialties that highlight the delicate balance of sweet and spice aromas distinct to the Southeast Asian country. Dishes include as Tom Yum Goong – spicy and sour prawn soup, Massaman Nua – marinated beef lemongrass curry and Mor Kaeng Puek – baked taro custard.

The Thai inspired set menu, available at dinner only, is priced at AED 300 per person and is subject to applicable taxes and fees. An a la carte menu highlighting the Thai cuisine will also be available during lunch and dinner.
