Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) today announced the launch of its official presence on Linkedin, as well as the launch of the official Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) presence on Twitter.
AUH’s Twitter account will provide readers with regular updates on new developments at the airport, the weather around airport, details about upcoming competitions, and helpful hints for how passengers can get the most out of their visit. AUH’s presence on Twitter will also allow for more direct communication with journalists and bloggers, from both the local community, and from around the world.
ADAC’s Linkedin profile aims to provide the public with detailed information about ADAC and its subsidiaries, communicate with employees and engage in discussions about the aviation industry.
The official launch on Twitter and Linkedin is an extension of ADAC’s outreach services aimed at connecting with and informing the general public, and ADAC’s partners, on a new level.
Eng. Ahmad Al Haddabi, Chief Operating Officer at ADAC, commented:
“Abu Dhabi International Airport’s official launch on Twitter and Abu Dhabi Airport Company’s official presence on Linkedin signals growing dedication to maintaining open dialogue with passengers, partners and employees through the most convenient means possible. ADAC views Twitter and Linkedin as important tools in which can be used to best serve our passengers, whether local or from abroad and enhance communication with our employees. ADAC looks forward to increasing its presence in cyberspace with more platforms soon and increasing dialogue with the public.”
