A number of senior officials from the government departments, authorities and councils in the emirate of Abu Dhabi have hailed the Economic Development Department - Abu Dhabi (DED) initiative of opening the Abu Dhabi Business Centre, stressing that it a right step towards achieving the goals of Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030.
This came during a tour of a number of officials from governmental entities to Abu Dhabi Business Centre, along with Mohammed Omar Abdullah the Undersecretary of the Department of Economic Development (DED) to the new headquarters and its various sections most notably the Electronic Services Department, which is providing a number of services for the benefit of customers.
Nasser Ahmed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Chairman of (DED) on the occasion said: ’’Abu Dhabi Business Centre’’ is considered as one of the important initiatives adopted by Abu Dhabi Government to establish an ideal business environment according to international standards within a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at developing various sectors.
He stressed that the centre achieves an important aspect of the pillars of Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030, which is to create an ideal business environment contributing in making Abu Dhabi as a hub in the region, through the adoption of projects and initiatives that meet the aspirations of businessmen and investors.
He hailed the wise directives and support of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Gen. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Chairman of the Executive Council, which have a significant impact in achieving a qualitative leap for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in providing the appropriate environment for economic activities and move steadily towards sustainable economic development in accordance with Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030.
