Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a top-tier Islamic financial services institution, announced today that it has awarded each player in the UAE National Football Team, recent champions of the Gulf Cup of Nations 2013, with a first class ticket to any destination in the world on Etihad Airways.

Due to the recent 2-1 victory of the UAE National Team over Iraq in the Gulf Cup of Nations 2013, hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain, each UAE National Team player and the coach captain Mahdi Ali will be granted 250,000 Etihad Air Miles, which will allow them to fly first class to any destination in the world on Etihad Airways.

In 2010, ADIB became the Official Bank of the UAE Pro League Committee ( PLC). And in-line with this partnership, it had launched the first Football Fan Visa Card in the UAE, developed in collaboration with the PLC to offer football fans in the UAE the opportunity to express their passion for football and win a bonanza of football related experiences.
