Marsa Zayed, Al Maabar International Investments’ landmark mixed-use development in Jordan – named in memory of the late, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, was presented with two five star awards at the recent Arabian Property Awards 2012event held at the One and Only Royal Mirage, Dubai.

Marsa Zayed’s Parcel T7 Development, known as Al Raha Village, designed by Maisam Architects & Engineers, received the “Best Mixed-use Architecture” Award, while the Sheikh Zayed Masjid, designed by Dar Al-Omran, was presented with the “Best Public Service Architecture” Award.

An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence with winners being selected by a panel of high-profile international judges. The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by residential and commercial property companies from around the globe.

The Dubai event gathered the property and real estate industry’s key stakeholders –top executives, thought leaders and decision makers, who operate across the Middle East and North Africa region.
