Abu Dhabi Finance, the Emirate’s leading home finance provider, was the proud recipient of the Customer Service Week STAR Award 2012 for ‘Customer Experience Management’ in the region. The award was received by Nancy Al Yousef Al Falasi, Client Care Manager of Abu Dhabi Finance during the 3rd Annual UAE Customer Service Week under the patronage of H. H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan held from 30th September – 3rd October 2012 at Rocco Forte Hotel, Abu Dhabi.
The Customer Service Week STAR Awards programme has been developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) to reward and recognise organisations, government departments and individuals delivering service excellence across the Middle East.
The mortgage lender, committed to providing the highest standards of service to its clients, was recognised for having engineered techniques that ensure back end efficiencies to help it deliver better service quality. This includes the service being constantly monitored by the Client Care team to ensure standards are upheld and to continue to improve.
