Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, today announced it successfully leased out 70 percent of the first phase of Eastern Mangroves Residences in less than a month of launching this luxury waterfront development in Abu Dhabi. The residences, ready for tenants to move into by end of September 2012, are receiving increased interest from visitors who have experienced the property’s luxury lifestyle through the fully furnished show apartment available for viewing.

Phase One of this luxurious Eastern Mangroves Residences consist of a limited number of 50 residences including 48 three-bedroom apartments and two four-bedroom penthouses, offering the exclusivity of resort-style living in the convenience of a prime city location - only 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
