Seven More Prominent Commercial Tenants Make Move to Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi (18 September 2012)
General Dynamics, EADS, Gensler, Korea Exchange Bank, Korea Abu Dhabi Oil Corporation, CCC, and National Ambulance Company sign tenancy agreements with landmark Abu Dhabi development

Following the recent signing of a number of high profile corporate clients, Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi - the luxury mixed use development by Sheikh Suroor Projects Department (SSPD) in the heart of the UAE capital -is delighted to announce yet further new, high profile tenants for its commercial tower. These includeGeneral Dynamics, EADS, Gensler, Korea Exchange Bank, Korea Abu Dhabi Oil Corporation, CCCand National Ambulance Company. These signings, with companies from a range of industries and from both the UAE and abroad, follow the recently announced tenancy agreementswith the French Embassy, Booz Allen Hamilton, Samsung Engineering, and the Embassy of The Republic of Fiji.

General Dynamics, the US aerospace and defence company, will be based on level 13 of the 52 floor tower while EADS, the major European aerospace and defence company,has taken space on level 19. Global US-headquartered architecture, design, planning and consulting firm, Gensler, will occupy some 582sqm on level 32.Korea Exchange Bank, Korea’s leading bank in trade finance and international finance, and Korea Abu Dhabi Oil Corporation which recently formed a joint venture with ADNOC, have signed agreements for offices on the 8th and 12th floors respectively. Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), one of the largest construction company in the Middle East, will occupy over 2,000 sqm on levels 12, 34 and 48.Finally, the UAE’s leading provider of emergency pre-hospital care, the National Ambulance Company, will occupy 941 sqm of office space onlevel 7, as well as numerous residences within the Etihad Towers complex as well.
