The program offers opportunities for full-time and part-time teachers, professors, industry experts and thought leaders to teach remotely, allowing them the freedom to teach whenever and wherever they want, thus ensuring them convenience along with the chance to reach out to a much wider audience, in this case, students. The University’s decision to invest such a large amount of money in the recruitment of its faculty is mainly governed by the desire to provide quality education that is within everyone’s reach. The program will go a long way towards ensuring that students at the University receive a high-quality education that combines new age academic theories with real-life insight. “Our plan is to formulate a recruitment policy that is so viable that only teachers possessing the highest potential and the drive to impart their knowledge are made a part of the University’s faculty team”, says Brian Reeves, MUST University’s Communications Director. “And to do that, we needed proper funding that would ensure the development of such a unique recruitment program”.
The purpose is to provide students with the finest possible education using the best technology and teachers. These procedures aim to ensure that teachers and professors applying to the university are committed to imparting a quality education that is in accordance with the requirements of the contemporary world. “Our mission was, and is, to deliver quality education to our students”, stresses Reeves. “Hence, we are not willing to compromise on the quality of our faculty as we realize the important role such individuals can play in the lives of students.”
