The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, today announced a partnership with du, in support of the company’s Ramadan home renovation campaign, ‘Feekom Al Khair w Al Barakah’ (‘with your goodness and blessings’), by committing to manage the renovation of 30 homes for Emirati orphans. The campaign has received increased interest, with generous donations pouring in from du customers and the general public alike.
Speaking of the donation, His Excellency Mohammed Haji Khouri, Director General of the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, said: “We are keen to support du’s ‘Feekom Al Khair w Al Barakah’ campaign, as it is in-line with our own vision, ‘Pioneering Initiatives in the Service of Humanity. Additionally, it is in sync with the criteria of our mission, which is to spread the culture of social integration within Emirati society, and to encourage all aspects of voluntary work. It is our desire to support the owners of distinguished initiatives such as this, and to inspire people to embark upon charity work that will take such initiatives to the next level.”

The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation will be responsible for the renovation of all 30 homes.
Under du’s Ramadan initiatives theme of ‘Khair w Barakah’ (goodness and blessings), the home renovation fundraising campaign will allow the community to help rebuild and renovate homes for Emiratis across the UAE.
The renovation process will be solely executed and supervised by the Ministry of Public Works, with Ministry experts providing their expertise and services to the cause. The Ministry of Public Works invites people to call 8006679 for any questions they might have.
Contributions to ‘Feekom Al Khair w Al Barakah’ can be made via two convenient channels: through Emirates Islamic Bank Account number 0071-711687-002 (IBAN: AE09 0340 0000 7171 1687 002), or by SMS donation, through which du customers can SMS ‘Home’ to 8000 to receive the donations instructions.
