The UAE tops the list of the Arab countries in the net flow ratio of inbound and outbound students, which stands at 30. The ratio of the Arab world is as low as -8.1 for Morocco, -4.5 for Tunisia, 5.4 for Lebanon. Qatar came second on the list with a ratio of 9.7.
