Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), the master developer of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, and integrated communications agency Zed Communications, won six international marketing awards for real estate projects at Saadiyat Beach throughout 2011. These international awards reflect best practice and attention to excellence at what is fast becoming a world-class residential, leisure and tourist hub.
Saadiyat Beach Villas and The Residences at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort were honoured at the 2011 Creativity International Awards. The US-based awards are one of the world’s longest running independent international advertising and graphic design competitions, showcasing the finest from graphic designers, advertising agencies and marketers all over the world. At the Creativity 40th Media Awards, Saadiyat Beach Villas won Gold for Interactive DVD Design and Digital Consumer Catalogue. At the Creativity 41st Print Awards, The Residences at The St Regis Saadiyat Island won Silver Award for the brochure with Saadiyat Beach Villas galloping into the limelight with a Gold for the VIP catalogue. Zed’s print campaign for Saadiyat Beach Golf Club was also a finalist in the same competition.
Success was also evident at the International Business Awards, also known as the Stevie Awards, which are renowned for honouring the achievement and positive contributions of organisations worldwide. The Residences at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort VIP Brochure won the trophy for Best Marketing or Sales Brochure (Print) and Saadiyat Beach Villas VIP brochure was given a distinguished honour in the Best Marketing or Sales Brochure (Print) category.
