• Firm partners with GE to provide two-year Leadership development to high-potential UAE National employees across business functions
• Programs for first graduating class include Financial Management, Information Management, Experienced Commercial Leadership, Human Resources and Investment Risk Management
Mubadala GE Capital, a specialized commercial finance company that provides structured financing solutions to businesses, announced today the graduation of its first class of UAE National staff members from two-year leadership programs aimed at developing the skills of high-potential employees.
The program offered by Mubadala GE Capital, in partnership with GE, includes training courses in Financial Management, Information Management, Commercial Leadership, Human Resources and investment Risk Management.
Graduates of this program include: Ahmed Al Qassim, Ahmed Al Dhahri and Nofa Al Marzouqi, who each completed the Commercial Leadership module; Omar Al Naqbi and Majid Al Mail, who each completed the Risk Management module; and Omar Al Faresi, who completed the Financial Management module.

Mubadala GE Capital, a 50:50 joint venture between General Electric (NYSE: GE) and the Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala), partnered with its shareholders throughout the implementation of this leadership program, with GE managing the training, seminar and rotation opportunities for program professionals.
