Abu Dhabi, UAE: Abu Dhabi Finance Wins International Award For Customer Service

Abu Dhabi mortgage lender selected from more than 800 entries

Beating financial services organisations from around the world, Abu Dhabi Finance has won an international business award for its trademark client service. The mortgage company received the trophy for the prestigious Customer Service Department of the Year Award - Financial Services at the annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service gala event last week.

The mortgage lender has engineered a smooth and easy client experience where each client has a dedicated personal contact for all questions. The service is constantly monitored by the Client Ambassador team to ensure standards are upheld and to continue to improve. A unique feature in mortgage lending is the incentivisation of service excellence. This means that unlike most financial organisations where staff are paid for the number of new clients which inevitably leads to hard selling, Abu Dhabi Finance’s Mortgage Advisors are rewarded for the quality of the service and advice they offer.

Abu Dhabi Finance was also named finalist in the Relationship Management Solution category for its Mortgage Companion team, which highlights the lender’s commitment to service throughout the lifetime of the loan.
Abu Dhabi Finance’s award winning service was recently extended to Emirati nationals wishing to build their own private villa on their land, or looking for equity release from their completed villas. The mortgage product, entitled “Mamlakaty” (which translates to “My Kingdom”), was developed following a large number of enquiries from clients, showing that Abu Dhabi Finance listens to the needs of its clients as well as the market.

More than 800 entries were evaluated by the independent judges and after short-listing eight finalists for the Customer Service Department of the Year - Financial Services award, Abu Dhabi Finance was announced the winner at the gala ceremony last week.
