Hakkasan, the contemporary Cantonese restaurant that made a glamorous entrance into the UAE and continues to impress since its launch this past June, has responded to high customer demands and will be offering a dim sum set-menu brunch during weekends beginning 15th October, 2010.
The Hakkasan-style gourmet set-menu brunch will offer 10 different selections of your choice of dim sum with Old Puer Ya Jian tea, aged 50 years and imported from the best producers in Taiwan, and dessert. The dim sum and tea brunch is 199 AED, minimum two person, making it the perfect day out with friends and family. Hakkasan also presents the option of dim sum alongside champagne featuring a bottle of Laurent Perrier (375 mL) for AED 325, minimum two person, creating the ideal romantic brunch.
On top of the set-menu, Hakkasan will also offer customers an a la carte brunch menu featuring selected Hakkasan signature dishes, soups and 25 different styles of dim sum to choose from including Hakkasan favourites such as Har Gau (steamed shrimp dumplings), scallop shui mai, steamed bun with grilled honey Wagyu beef, king crab and shimeji mushroom dumpling and the lotus layer puff.
Whether guests come to experience the new dim sum brunch, to enjoy an upscale dinner, or to sip on Hakkasan’s extensive range of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages infused with fresh tropical ingredients by the 15-metre bar, the attentive connoisseur service and divine menu create the perfect escape from the mundane. Hakkasan will be open daily from 6pm-2am for dinner, drinks and bar snacks, with last dinner orders taken at 12am; and open for brunch on Fridays and Saturdays from 12-3pm.
