As part of the Al Ain Cultural Programme organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the final instalment of the My Heritage, My Responsibility series was held at Al Ain Palace Museum on 15 and 16 February. The event was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Saeed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan. 

Featuring diverse events and activities, the event focused on the variety of traditional performances of the Gulf region including the Omani Madima, Abu Zulf, Rayo, the Bahraini show Al- Ardha and Al-Ashwori and the Emirati folk dances of Ayalla and Al Harbiya.

The programme also included educational and recreational workshops for children, while all visitors enjoyed the bazaar where handmade and modern Emirati products and produce were open for purchase.
