This January, YasWaterworldcelebrates its 5th anniversary. Since 2013 the park stands as the country’s unique Emirati-themed aquatic adventure park - and Abu Dhabi’s favorite.

YasWaterworldmoved its way into the hearts of families across the UAE and abroad, thanks to itsoriginal adventureof The Lost Pearl, brought to life through a captivating world of rides, slides and attractions. Dana and The Legend of the Lost Pearl is a unique story of color and character, set to an Emirati background. Original in its conception, it captured the hearts of the nation, which continues to return to the park for more adventures.

Each time they do return, park guests are stirred by something new and unfamiliar at an attraction that promises wave after wave of experiences. Whether diving deep into Dana’s questof the lost pearl or letting the water carry them at its own pace, theycan hand pick the experience they desire, and be guaranteed a special new memory with every visit.Guests of YasWaterworld  also got to enjoy 382 days of additional fun over the past five years. Ladies Night, Springfest, Neon Nights and Dana’s Spooktacularwere just a few of the Park’s family entertainment events that saw guestsreturn toYasWaterworldagain and again.

Since its inception, YasWaterworld has been recognized withnearly 30 awards and honors. Conde NastTraveller ranked the waterpark among the 10 best in the world in 2017, while TripAdvisor awarded YasWaterworld its Traveler’s Choice accolade for a 4th consecutive year in 2017. Othernoteworthy recognitionshave also been granted by CNN, LA Times, and others in the past.
