The Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of major tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, announced today that the construction of Jawaher Saadiyat, the Saadiyat Beach golf course-facing latest gated residential community within the Saadiyat Beach District, is more than 22% complete, with ongoing works progressing within schedule.
The achievement of this milestone is a result of TDIC’s close collaboration with its main contractor, Al Jaber Building. The project was awarded in July of last year following a competitive tendering process. Scheduled for delivery in the latter half of 2018, prospective buyers can secure their units through an initial 2.5% deposit, with villa and townhouse prices ranging from AED 5.1 million to AED 17.8 million.

Since the contractor’s mobilization in August 2016, construction across the project has proceeded in earnest.

Jawaher Saadiyat will feature 83 exclusive units made up of four to six bedroom villas and four-bedroom townhouses designed in a contemporary style. Both the villas and the townhouses include two to four garages.
The villas have been designed to respect the regional requirements for privacy and serviceability, while embracing and including all the conveniences of a modern lifestyle.
