The Abu Dhabi City Municipality announced the completion of upgrading of works related to survey data, drawings, and certificates so all procedures relating to site survey will now be available online.

The move is expected to increase customer satisfaction as it involves shorter transaction processing time, and increases the accuracy and quality of the final deliverable. It is also set to reduce visits of customers to the municipality’s head office, which will contribute to reducing traffic congestion
