Baniyas Investment and Development Company (BID) – the investment arm of Bani Yas Sports Club has today announced its participation at the upcoming Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investment Show 2009 (IREIS). During the event, BID will showcase Bawabat Al Sharq - its first luxury mixed use development community established in one of the main suburban regions of Abu Dhabi’s Bani Yas city. In addition, the developer is offering attractive payment plans and leasehold options during the show. IREIS is scheduled to run from January 27th- 29th at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and the BID stand is located under Stall 3, Hall 4. Commenting on the participation at IREIS, Jawan Alkhaily, Chairman, BID, said, “Bawabat Al Sharq is designed to create an unparalleled attraction that sets a new benchmark in the residential and retail landscape. We launched Phase 1 last year and recorded excellent feedback with nearly 90% already sold and leased.
