Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is gearing up to gatherleading names in the international air cargo and logistics industry for the 2014 Middle East Air Cargo and Logistics Exhibition and Conference (MEACLEC 2014)that is scheduled to run from 9-10 April.
His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General - theUAEGeneral Civil Aviation Authority, will inaugurate the event that is set toshowcase latest developments in the materials handling industry worldwide andthe tremendous growth opportunities that existin Middle East aviation. Spotlighting the fast growing air cargo industry in the region, MEACLEC 2014willhighlight the significance of the multimodal logistics platform connecting air, sea and land,as well as its support industries including warehousing and distribution.
The conference component of the eventwilldiscuss current trends, trade practices and business opportunities in the Middle East.The panel discussions at the event will particularly examine the global status of e-freight, the logistics environment in the region, air cargo and supply chain security, and the handling of temperature-controlled goods.
