Senior officials from Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) will promote ADNH’s leading-range of hospitality services including hotel, tourism, transport, and catering at the World Travel Market (WTM) at ExCel in London, November 10 – 13, 2008. His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri, Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) will be heading the ADNH delegation comprising Mr. Richard Riley, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Hamad Bin Khalaf Al Otaiba, Assistant Director General, Business Development and Sales and Marketing; Mr. Alaa Mostafa, Director of Hotels Operations and Mr. Khalfan Al Shamsi, Marketing & Public Relations Manager. The delegation will be accompanied by the general managers and marketing directors of Hilton International, Abu Dhabi; Sheraton Resort and Towers, Abu Dhabi; Le Meridien, Abu Dhabi; Mercure Grand Hotel, Jebel Hafeet, Al Diar Hotels and the new Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Hotel. In partnership with the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), ADNH will also promote the UAE’s fast-maturing hospitality sector during the leading international tourism and travel event. Commenting on ADNH’s participation at WTM 2007, Al Hajeri said: “We are joining forces with the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority in highlighting the tourism attractions of the UAE, and Abu Dhabi in particular. There are several tourism-related projects that are currently underway in Abu Dhabi that will boost high-end tourism in the emirate.” ADNH is currently developing six new world class hotels in the UAE. Two of the most prestigious and unique projects in Abu Dhabi are the JW Marriott Resort & Spa and Park Hyatt in Saadiyat Island. Both are expected to open by 2010. ADNH will also develop a business hotel that is slated for completion by late 2011 at Abu Dhabi’s Capital Centre. In the northern emirates, ADNH will open two new hotels before the end of the year - Al Diar Barsha Hotel Apartments in Dubai and Siji Hotel Apartments in Fujairah. Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Hotel is also slated to open early 2009.
