A delegation from the Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H. Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior visited the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai and Masdar City in order to review their best creative experiences.

Lt. Colonel Saif Hamid Al Dir’e, Director of the Leadership Development and Creativity Center noted that the visits are in line with the commitment to boost capacities and creative skills. These visits fall within the activities of the Ministry of Interior’s program to discover and sponsor creative employees.

During the visit to the RTA in Dubai, the delegation reviewedthe latest projects and creative plans at the authority, which are aimed at providing innovative solutions to transportation according to intelligent systems that keep abreast of the continuous development in Dubai. It was also briefed on a variety of future projects and plans following renewable and sustainable energy solutions as per international regulations.

Members of the Leadership Development and Creativity Center delegation included Major Fahed Ismail Al Hosani, Chief of the Creativity Sponsorship Section at the center, as well as participants of the first program to discover and sponsor creative employees at the Ministry of Interior.
