In the spirit of theHoly Month of Ramadan, Abu Dhabi Airports Company(ADAC)is distributing 10,500 Iftar meals to passengers at Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH)throughout the month. Each day of Ramadan, immediately before the Maghrib prayers,approximately 350 Iftar meals are being distributed to travelers arriving and departing through Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
Several ADACteams are involved in the organization and distributionofmealstaking place at different locations in the airport, including:Terminal 1 check-in area before immigration; Terminal 1 tunnel towards transit;Terminal 2 check-in and boarding areas, Terminal 3 check-in area before immigration; and,Terminal 3 departure pier next to the ADAC InformationCounter. Meals will be offered to all fasting passengers.
Eng. Ahmed Al Haddabi, Chief Operations Officer at Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), said:
“Ramadan is a very importanttime of the year and ADAC is celebrating the Holy Month by offering something special for passengers going through our terminals during Iftar time. The Iftar packages featurea selection of hot and cold itemsthat are set in a variety of menus for each day.
