The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), the Number One Bank in the UAE, inaugurated its third branch in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Khelda as part of its strategy to expand the Bank’s operations and businesses in Jordan.
“The new branch is in line with the Bank’s efforts to strengthen its presence and operations in Jordan as well as meet the needs of customers for NBAD banking services,” said Qamber Ali Al-Mulla, the Senior General Manager of the International Banking Division at NBAD. “The branch is strategically in west end of Amman allowing us to provide comprehensive and high quality banking services to customers in Khalda and neighboring areas and facilitate their business transactions.”
NBAD – Jordan facilitates trade and commerce between Jordan and the GCC and serves corporate and high net worth individuals (HNWI) in both the UAE and Jordan by offering superior and comprehensive commercial banking services. The services and products offered in Jordan include corporate and retail banking, Elite banking, wealth management, deposits, finance and other tools and solutions.
“The new branch is managed by experts in field of banking and investment to provide the best services and solutions to our valued customers,” said Imad Marar, NBAD’s Regional Manager in Jordan.
He added: “NBAD is one of a leading financial institution that is keen to cover different areas and provide banking facilities to clients on a wide geographical range. The Khelda branch reflects NBAD’s commitment to its plan to extend its network in Jordan to reach five branches by 2015.”
NBAD has one of the latest networks in the UAE with an expanding network of more than 120 branches and nearly 590 ATMs. NBAD international network, which is the largest among UAE banks, spans 15 countries on four continents from the Far East to North America. The Bank has set a target of expanding internationally to 41 countries by 2022.
