Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, opened the second phase of its Eastern Mangroves resort residential component – The Promenade Apartments – for lease after receiving high demand and successfully leasing out its first phase of residences in this luxury waterfront development in Abu Dhabi city.
