TDIC Welcomes First Residents Into Newly Launched Saadiyat Beach Residences

Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of major tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, has started handover of the first phase of newly launched Saadiyat Beach Residences which has been receiving increased interest from visitors experiencing Saadiyat’s exclusive community lifestyle as the first tenants are moving in.

Developed to exceptionally high-end standards, the residences are set across six low-rise apartment buildings situated in a private gated community comprising 495 residences. Phase one, which is available for leasing, consists of 285 residences of one to three bedroom apartments finished to the high class standards reflective of Saadiyat’s prestigious lifestyle and luxurious residential communities. Phase two, which is well underway to be completed in 2013, consists of 210 residences of one- to four-bedroom apartments.

The kitchen and bathroom joineries are finished with timber veneer and the wardrobes are cream-coloured in matt-lacquered finish. Each residence has Duravit sanitary ware, Hans Grohe tapware, as well as granite marble counter tops and high-quality porcelain tiles. Spotlights are found in the dining areas, and wall niche detailing is subtly portrayed throughout the master bathrooms.
