Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of major tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, announced its outstanding sales and leasing achievements of its prestigious residential properties on Saadiyat island at Cityscape Global 2012, where it is showcasing its diverse portfolio of high-end residential communities in Abu Dhabi.
TDIC’s residential success is attributed to the high demand for various residential developments across Abu Dhabi, such as The Residences at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort which leased out 98pc of its apartments dedicated for leasing, the Saadiyat Beach Villas which sold out 80pc of its high-end luxury homes, and the Eastern Mangroves Residences which has witnessed phenomenal interest from the market as 70pc of its first phase of luxury waterfront apartments was leased out in less than a month of its launch.

Phase one of Saadiyat Beach Residences, which has been completed, consists of 285 residences of one- to three-bedroom apartments finished to the high class standards reflective of Saadiyat’s prestigious lifestyle and luxurious residential communities. The project’s second phase consists of 210 residences of one- to four-bedroom apartments and will be completed in 2013.
Meanwhile the Eastern Mangroves Residences are offering residents the exclusivity of resort-style living in the convenience of a prime city location - only 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
