From the 17th to the 19th of September 2012, HR experts from around the world will be representing their resputed companies at the 5th Annual People Challenge Middle East Summit at Abu Dhabi, UAE.

They will be assembling to discuss the current challenges, concerns and best practices followed in various functions in the HR industry.

The speaker panel includes industry stalwarts like Suhaila Bu Ghooma a well-known and highly respected official at the Knowledge and Human Development Authority - Government of Dubai, industry experts and business leaders such as Heena Bulchandani, Specialist - Training and Development, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, Dr. Cora Koppe-Stahrenberg, Chief Human Resources Officer, Emirates Investment Authority, Jonathan Budden, HR Business Partner, Microsoft Gulf, Karen Chen, VP HR, Mubadala-GE Capital and Gary Johnson, HR Director India, Middle East and Africa, Nokia Corporation Middle East and Africa.

Some others joining the league of experts are from leading organizations such as Microsoft MEA, PepsiCo, Etihad Airways, Emirates Aluminium Company, AGTHIA Group, Saudi Aramco and National Bank of Abu Dhabi. They will be contributing to the theme of the event, which focusses on strategising HR , strengthening HR growth and maintaining the momentum with ever changing industry dynamics.
