Following the successful launch of phase one of The Residences at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), the master developer of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, today announced the launch of phase two.

An additional 60 St. Regis-branded apartments are now available for lease and will be accessible for tenants to move into from March 2012. Flexible payment terms and a number of mortgage leasing options are available for prospective clients.

The apartments form part of The Residences at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort - an exclusive residential community on the island. The launch of phase one in November 2011 included the release of 75 apartments, which were fully leased in just over a month, with the first tenants having already moved in. The successful launch of the apartments also led to an increased demand for The St. Regis Villas. These villas are now available for lease and will be ready for tenants to move into starting February 1, 2012.

The apartments consist of studios – one – two – three and four bedrooms, including five luxury penthouses, with leasing rates starting from AED75,000. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects, the architecture has a Mediterranean influence with arches, tile roofing and light shell pink exteriors and feature exceptional finishes, from marble countertops to high ceilings and outstanding tile work. The apartments also feature lavish public areas, three swimming pools and two large pool decks that are available exclusively for residents.The sizes of the villas vary from four to five bedrooms.
