Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, today announced the launch of its exclusive 100 per cent mortgage offer in partnership with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB). This exclusive offer has been launched to coincide with TDIC’s participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012, and will be available for a limited time only. It applies to home purchases from TDIC’s residential communities on Saadiyat: Saadiyat Beach Villas and The Residences at St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi. The offer demonstrates the progress which has been made in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and is also a testimonial to the high quality of TDIC’s projects.

TDIC’s residential communities on Saadiyat have continued to receive high levels of interest over the last year.
