Mega Projects of Dubai and it’s Rapidly Changing Skylines
Dubai considers to be a financial capital of the world. Dubai has seen a rapid growth in the last 30 years, From small buildings to cloud touching sky scrappers tells the astonishing progress story of this amazing emirate. Lots of new mega projects are turning into reality and this amazing progress is not looking like to be slow down.
Dubai because of its business-friendly policies, attracts big business investors from all over the world. According Shaikh Muhammad (Dubai Ruler) “We must allow businesses to make money”. I think this is very good idea because once businessman’s make money it will encourage all other businessmen to invest here. As of in 2019, There are lots of mega projects are in the competition process. As expo 2020 is approaching, speed of the completing the mega projects are in the fast-forward mode. Here are some of the mega projects that are in progress.
Dubai Creek Harbour:
This is truly a monstrous mega project and upon completion it will be the main attraction of Dubai. It is twice the size of present Dubai downtown and can entertain 33K residents. The Tower will be center point of attraction of this project because this tower will be taller than the Burj Khalifa. All kinds of shopping malls, luxury restaurants and hotels are part of this mega project.
Burj Jumeriah:
This one is also a huge project and will be the one more jewel on dubai cap. This oval shaped 550m tower is in the process and upon completion provides a great source of entrainment to visitors. Main feature of this building is the fingerprints of Dubai ruler Shaikh Muhammad which will embellish the base. Dubai holding company is working on it and will deliver it by 2023.
Sahel Al Emarat:
One more great project and emirates own riviera inspires by the NewYork “The Hamptons”. It is situated near Dubai border and taking place in Ghantoot nature reserve of Abu Dhabi. First phase of 293 small ranch like villas will be delivered by 2021. Upon completion, it will be the amazing coastal retreat to spend quality time.
