The aesthetic and plush 2.3 million square feet gated community located in Dubai Investments Park features 2000 units comprising of apartments, villas, boutique retail spaces, an office complex and a luxury hotel all of which will exude the trademark Shah Rukh Khan grandeur.

Project sales will commence on August 7th 2014 and Phase 1 of the project comprising of 400 units shall be delivered during the first quarter of 2016. Apartment units start at AED 450,000 and townhouses from AED 1.6 million onwards.
